Family living programs respond to county and community needs with research-based education and partnerships that support Barron County families, communities and agencies.

Family Living Educator, Missy Bablick, is an associate professor of the University of Wisconsin Extension and conducts programs in the following areas:

    • Parenting Piece by Piece classes
    • Strengthening Families
      • Grandparents raising grandchildren

      • Incarcerated parents – parenting skills
      • Reducing underage alcohol and drug use with youth
      • Wisconsin Bookworm Project
      • Strengthening Families Curriculum for parents and youth ages 10-14
